General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. General Provisions
These GTC govern the use of our website as well as the processes for inquiries and quotations. A direct purchase through the website is not possible. By submitting an inquiry, you agree to these GTC. Amendments to the GTC take effect upon publication on the website.

2. Inquiries and Quotations
Through our website, you may submit non-binding inquiries regarding jewelry pieces or request an appointment at the atelier. Prices are provided exclusively upon request. Jewelry pieces marked with a price of CHF 0.01 are purely technical placeholders and do not represent an actual price.
A binding purchase agreement is concluded only after the issuance of a written quotation by sueños, A. & K. Rüegg, Jewelry & Goldsmithing, and its express acceptance by both parties.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
All terms are set out individually in a written quotation. The stated amounts include statutory VAT. Any costs for shipping or personal delivery will be itemized separately in the quotation. Full payment is required prior to delivery or shipping.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are arranged solely by individual agreement. The associated costs are specified in the quotation. Shipping will only take place after full payment has been received and with appropriate security measures. Alternatively, jewelry pieces can be collected in person at the Zurich atelier.

5. Retention of Title
Until full payment of the purchase price, the jewelry piece remains the property of sueños, A. & K. Rüegg, Jewelry & Goldsmithing and will only pass into the customer’s ownership thereafter.

6. Copyright and Usage
All images and content published on the website are, unless otherwise stated, the property of sueños, A. & K. Rüegg, Jewelry & Goldsmithing. For certain images, such as portraits, rights remain with the respective authors. Use without prior written consent is not permitted.

7. Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is determined on an individual basis. Please contact us with any questions or uncertainties prior to concluding a contract.

8. Liability
Sueños, A. & K. Rüegg, Jewelry & Goldsmithing places the highest value on the safe and careful handover of jewelry pieces. Each piece is packaged and delivered with due care. Once the piece has been handed over to the customer or the chosen shipping provider, further responsibility lies outside our control.

9. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes closest to the intended economic purpose.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, Switzerland.
